We salute Kentucky's reputation as an internationally recognized equine center and bourbon producer. Our equine inspired packaging by local artist Joyce Garner, and our partnership with Woodford Reserve® to create some of the world's finest bourbon chocolates, will give your business an excellent choice of classic Kentucky candies.

Our Commitment to Quality
We also want to stress our company's dedication to providing our retailers and our customers with high quality, safe products. All of our products carry best used by dates and we ask that our retailers be diligent in maintaining quality and freshness on the retail shelves. To that end we have established low minimum orders for our retailers and take great care to make sure the freshest product possible is delivered with every order. Please rotate our products. Failure to comply with these guidelines could jeopardize your retail account.
Return and Complaint Policy:
- We establish low minimum orders to allow our retailers to maintain the freshest possible product. We cannot accept returned expired product.
- If a product should arrive to your location damaged, we ask that you retain the product and inform us as soon as possible.
- If a customer has a problem with one of our products, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to notify us of the nature of the complaint @ customerservice@ruthhuntcandy.com.
- If a complaint involves a health-related issue, immediately contact the owner, Larry Kezele, at 859-803-0353, or manager, Tobby Moore at 859-585-9531.
⚠️ Important: Most of our products are produced in a facility and on machines where nuts are used. All of our packaging is marked accordingly.
🌡️ Storage: Our products should not be stored in temperatures exceeding 70 degrees, nor displayed in direct protracted sunlight.
