Beautiful handcrafted cutting boards from old tobacco sticks by Mt. Sterling's own Les Halsey.
Les, a retired industrial arts instructor, is a master wood craftsman and a beloved artist . He has the skill and
patience to take the very old sticks used in the tobacco fields and create an extraordinary and useful
cutting board. Sizes and styles vary, from approximately 12" x 7" with limited supply. Hand wash and rub with vegetable oil and these rare icons of
Kentucky's past will last for many more decades (not recommended for meat preparation).
